How We Work
Mapping
A job description is written with the client if the client has not already done one. The position description outlines roles, responsibilities, academic qualifications, job experience and the organization around the position. Additional characteristics can be given by the client.
search
Any qualified profiles are searched and added to the shortlist if they fit the job requirements and are available. Our in-house database continually updated as well as our personnal network (for potential candidate identified via a recommendation) and our online professional network.
identification
Emails or phone messages are sent to selected contacts and telephone interviews are arranged. If the interest then is mutual, an interview with a partner in our office is planned. Interested candidates who appear qualified for the position are then added to the shortlist.
Mapping
At the end of the process, an interview with a partner tests the competences, the personnality and motivations of the candidate. The candidate shortlist is forwarded to the client with resumes and comments. After interviewing the candidates, we discuss with the recruiter in order to help him in his decision.
