a Job Description validated by both parts / the Methodology applied by the consultants is specified / which type of Search will be performed and on wich tests the candidates' selection is realized / The scope and the duration of the Off-limit agreement is defined / Confidentiality policy and Responsabilities of each part of the contract is described / Exclusivity or Non-Exclusivity assignement is choosen / Fees scheme is negociated / Garanties as well as Resiliation rules are described.
